ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEEE THIS PLACE! Joanne is the best honestly! Dealt with her for my wedding cake and for my anniversary. And she just goes above and beyond! And we've never ever been disappointed with any visit here! Even the manager of the store is such a nice person! All the employees are so sweet!

I recently bought a few cakes from a festival this location had a booth at. I was telling the people how much I loved the cakes and didn’t know where to buy them so I was excited to see the booth. I said I was going to buy a lemon cake and my daughter went to grab it and the man told my daughter “not to grab that” and started fixing all the cakes in an exasperated way. The lady asked me if that was “all I was going to buy” and I said yes but then added another cake that my son wanted. As they were packing my cakes I told them again how excited I was but they weren’t friendly and just acted dismissive of me. There was not a line behind me either. I understand people can have a bad day or not feel in the mood to have small talk. Just sharing my experience and how the customer service rubbed me the wrong way. After having these cakes a while ago and remembering them for a long time I was just excited to share my joy of being able to try them again.

If you are going here for the first time the GPS may not get you right at the door. The store is at the inside end of the building. Well staffed with two cash registers and seems to be on the busy side. Plenty of parking by the store.

I live in Atlanta Ga, I called nothing Bundt cake to place an order for my daughter birthday. Some one answered the phone was very friendly. They placed my order then they delivered the cake to the house on time I’m really happy with the service.

Nothing Bundt Cake Orland Park was wonderful for my wedding two weeks ago and Joanne helped every step of the way! :) Not only did she ease my mind and made the process seamless, but she facilitated the set up at our venue which eased a lot of stress of myself and family. And for the price, we received more then enough bundtini's for our reception! I would 10/10 recommend for weddings, and even for just grabbing a bundt cake :)

I came here on a rainy day to grab some bundt cakes for my brother in law’s birthday. I grabbed a white chocolate raspberry medium cake and a mini red velvet cake and stacked them, it looked lovely! It smelled amazing in the store, it felt like a hug lol. The staff was friendly and the cake tasted like it was fresh out the oven! My only critique is that we all felt like the icing was tooo sweet with the sweetness of the cake! Otherwise it was so delicious! I highly recommend stopping by and trying it for yourself!

Yum! The mini bundtlets are adorable and perfect size to try two or more minis. The minis come in all the flavors of the regular sized ones. Service was good. She went over the flavors and the reward card. Parking lot is not crowded because the store is a "stand alone" vs in a shared strip mall. Interior was clean.

Called the store for ordering a birthday cake just now. The lady who picked up so not willing to answer questions…what a customer service! Read about customer service on other reviews prior to purchasing from here. Cakes are good but extremely poor customer service.
